I am a children's book author focusing on picture books, chapter books, and middle grade novels. I got my start with two middle grade friendship novels sold exclusively through the school market at Scholastic - The Valentine's Day Disaster (2008) and The Friendship Experiment (2009). My most recent middle grade novel is Miss Fortune. Miss Fortune launched in August 2010 as part of Scholastic's Poison Apple line. My first picture book, The Littlest Pilgrim (2008), spent three weeks on the New York Times Bestseller List for children's paperbacks in Fall 2008. The Littlest Christmas Star was published in 2010 followed by The Littlest Elf in 2012. The Littlest Elf now has it's very own plush doll! So adorable.
