This was the third part of the Bridget Jones series, featuring 90s-girl, 20-something Bridget's huuuge leap in time to the digital age (2013). She's struggeling with technology (Twitter, her smartphone, her TV,...) and her TWO kids, which apparently she had at a rather late stage in her 40s, as sh...

So I thoroughly enjoyed this lastest installment in the Bridget Jones series. It was funny, sometimes laugh out loud funny, sometimes snort milk out your nose funny. Bridget is so endearingly insecure and I can totally relate. I'm glad to have shared the last few weeks with her.

After a busy week at work, I needed to unwind with something non-taxing on the brain. Reviews of the new Bridget Jones kept popping up on good reads, so I gave it a whirl. 'Mad about the boy' is what it is, a somewhat silly but enjoyable love story. We see Bridget mourne mark Darcy (not a spoiler...

Maybe it takes living a certain kind of life to love and enjoy this book. Some books make me cry, but very few. While reading this book, I alternated between laughing and crying.Bridget is now a widow, having lost Mark Darcy in an accident in Sudan while negotiating the release of hostages. It is...
