Cheering for Gin seems to be a regular occurrence for me with this series and this was certainly no different, either with the bad guy or with the reappearance of one Donovan Caine--total arse!Go Gin, go Gin, go Gin.That last bit with Donovan was so good! Can't wait to read more of the series.

It’s no secret that I love this series, so here are a few things I liked. I still cannot stand Donovan Cain. He’s a pompous ass! Bria and Gin have a lot of things they need to work out. Gin starts feeling second best after meeting Bria’s BFF Gin still manages to kick ass while she’s on v...

I have to say that this book was a bit disappointing. It is not a bad book, I did enjoy reading it, but it is definitely the weakest of the books in the series that I have read so far.Gin is still likable old, well not so old maybe, Gin the badass assassin. Her friends are still around and are equal...

Actual rating: 4.5 out of 5 starsWhy, these books just keep getting better and better. I asbolutely loved this one, because it wasn't about Mab Monroe anymore. The gang got new challenges to overcome and the story was the most original of the series so far. Also, it was so fun to watch them try to h...

Yep, my Elemental Assassin reviews are getting kinda boing. Why? Not because the books are boring… not by a long shot. It’s because I love each book as the one before it and for all the same reasons. *sigh* Let’s see if I can freshen this one up a bit, shall we?By a Thread opens not long after Spide...

Courtesy of Smash Attack ReadsGin Blanco can't get a break. She can't even take a weekend trip to the beach without some nasty scumbag mucking things up. And seriously: Gin needs a vacation. Does she get one by the end of the tale, or does she get her tail handed to her?Dude. Duuuuuuuuuude. Randall ...

It feels like there's some foreshadowing here that, if I'm right, is not going to make me happy.

Finally, Gin has gotten over you know who and I'm so glad she picked the one who is good for her! Great book/series.

There is life after the death of Mab? It's rather anti-climatic for a book series to continue on after main villain is finally dead. Now there are new villains who are just as bad as Mab, if not worse. How does Gin handle this? With less trouble than expected. It's no cake walk for her, but she ...
