Born and raised in South Ga. I wrote my first "novel" at age 14, passing it around to my peers at junior high for their reviews. After many years of writing for my own pleasure, I finally submitted one of my completed works with the encouragement of my husband. Imagine my surprise and elation when it was selected for publication. "Hidden In The Sun" is the result of many months of writing and rewriting. My goal was to write something that I would want to read at one sitting. I don't tend to be terribly detail oriented so you won't find a six page description of anything in my books. I like books that move at a fast pace and are believable. I am married to my high school sweetheart and we have three wonderful sons and an adorable grandson. After more than twenty years as a nurse, I try not to focus on anything based in a hospital! Not to say that I never will,though. I hope readers will find my books satisfying and leave them looking forward to more.
