Thus far, this is my favorite William Monk, Anne Perry book. It was a sucking in read from the first page..I have not had that with a couple of the William Monk series...It seemed this one read faster for some reason as well..although it was roughly the same number of pages.
William Monk is looking for a husband presumed murdered by his twin. Meanwhile Hester is nursing typhoid patients in the same neighborhood. So far these aren't feeling formulaic and have nice twists at the end.
