My personal mission every day is to serve as an inspirational catalyst for individuals and organizations so they can create meaningful change in the world. I also love to see strong vision and purpose in action ignite passion and courage in people - it really inspires me!I've always encouraged others to try looking through a different lens and not be afraid to challenge the status quo. So, to put that into practice myself, I challenged conventional wisdom when I previously co-founded the Brand Ascension Group, LLC, an organization and brand development firm specializing in transforming employee and customer cultures from the inside out.At that time, I noticed how organizations looked to Marketing to do the work of Branding. So, after months of research and work with clients, I co-developed the Brand DNA (Dimensional Nucleic Assets®) methodology and co-authored this book 'Brand DNA: Uncover Your Organization's Genetic Code for Competitive Advantage' to educate businesses on what a brand is and what it's not, and how to create consistent and differentiated brand experiences from the inside out. After all, if you're brand isn't consistent and differentiated, then what's the point?Then I met Terry Barber who had just produced the first Most Inspiring Companies™list. As I dug deep into the research, I found it to be both fascinating and compelling.
