It is an interesting view of England of a possible near future but it's just somehow unfulfilling. It reads like a SF novel from the 50's to 70's but without some of the interesting bits. It doesn't explain what happened but it's the regular most of the population are dead stories with a semi-fach...
Personal favourite listenalong with marmite Kathryn:O)NOTE TO ANY PASSING LIBRARIAN. Patricia Routledge is listed up there *points* when in fact it should be Anne Reid.Maybe this is the jumping of the shark moment for this highly successful series. This one had its moments but nowt special.
