Unrealistic and unbelievable. Hero meets heroine repeatedly outside her window at night, which is so completely out of propriety for that time. I couldn't see why they fell for each other so quickly and so hard, the writing didn't reflect that. I just got a sense of attractive and smart heroine fall...
