Catherine McCarthy is a Managing Principal in the Leadership Talent Consulting practice of Korn/Ferry International (www.KornFerry.com/LeadershipConsulting). She helps organizations create sustainable growth through leadership. She formerly held the position of Chief Operating Officer at The Energy Project and delivered keynotes, facilitated training, and coached senior executives at organizations including Google, Sony Pictures Entertainment, Wachovia, the FBI, and the Boys & Girls Club of America. Prior to joining the Energy Project in 2003, Catherine was a Senior Consultant at the Syncretics Group, an organization devoted to helping leaders perform at their best in the face of difficult challenges. Before that, Catherine spent five years as a Consulting Psychologist for MICA Management Resources, a consulting firm based in Chicago. She began her career as a leadership consultant to large family-owned businesses.
