I can see what people like about this one, because the hero has an unexpectedly vulnerable side. But my enjoyment of the usual Palmer mean hero/innocent heroine formula was severely hampered by how incredibly bitchy and smug Libby was. (Along with pretty much every other "good" character in the book...
