4.5/5 starsI was so sure at about 10% that I wasn't going to Like it. I mean, Cheyenne was a bit whiny and Colt was a drug dealer. What's to like about that? But it turned out to be very wrong and I'm glad I stuck with it. It was a cute, but very emotional read and I had to stop reading it on my way...
I almost DNF'd this less than halfway through. The writing was disjointed and the main characters both irritating. I'm not sure why I kept reading, but the story did become more interesting toward the end. It wasn't great, but it wasn't terrible either.
In spite of some editing issues (typos, bad grammar, missed words and an ending that went on too long), I did like Charade quite a bit. It held my interest.
