Actually really liked this book. Wasn't the hugest fan of everything in the book, like Sookie's continuous naivete, the fast and not-quite-enough-emotion of her relationship with Bill, etc. But looking forward to the next book, and now can't wait to watch the show as well.
The romance seemed to be lacking some sort of passion. I was actually more interested in seeing Sookie get with the bad guys than the good guy.
I rolled my eyes a lot and it is quite flawed, but ultimately, trashy fun.
