Charles Bice was born in Fayetteville, North Carolina and grew up in Richmond, Virginia. His undergraduate and graduate degrees are from the Universities of North Carolina and South Carolina, respectively. His primary interest in writing is story-telling, creating a set of characters and circumstances that will transport and entertain. For the better part of a decade, he resided variously in France, England, Belgium and Switzerland--the influences of which are visible in his novels. Charles lives in Richmond.
