Charles Green is a seasoned SBA lender with over 35 years of experience in small business financing. He founded and served as President/CEO of Sunrise Bank of Atlanta and today serves as Managing Director of Small Business Finance Institute, which provides commercial lender training and publishes news, advice, and opinions on lending topics. He has written extensively about business financing through articles and books including Banker's Guide to New Small Business Finance (Wiley, 2014), Get Financing Now (McGraw-Hill, 2012) and bestselling The SBA Loan Book 3rd Edition (Adams Media, 2011). He earned a B.S. Finance from the University of Alabama, a diploma from the Stonier National Graduate School of Banking and completed Executive Education at Harvard Business School. In addition to SBFI training, he has taught lending topics at the Stonier Graduate School of Banking, Graduate School of Banking of Wisconsin, ABA Graduate Commercial Lending School, Coleman SBA Webinars and Bank Industry Training.Charles earned a B.S. in Finance from the University of Alabama, diploma from the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the Wharton School of Business and completed Executive Education at Harvard Business School.
