I really enjoy Charlie Carillo’s storytelling. I greatly enjoyed his Raising Jake and while God Plays Favorites was a much simpler story I found myself completely enthralled and I could stop reading it (in fact, I finished it in less than a day).
Absolutely loved this book and moved through it fast!
