Supposed to be a funny book, but apart from the odd item didn't laugh that much. That said was written well as all the other Chris Stewart books are
I really enjoyed this book until the end...and then it just kind of stopped! I was like, what just happened?? But it was a fun look at this family's life in Spain.
Hah - how serendipitous. As dear M unfolds Stewart's laid back tales, dear Auntie gives us the fraudio.
Part One - Competent Crew. Teach Yourself Sailing. It was Julie Miller who sent me to sea, one wet autumn afternoon on the Wandsworth Road.A pleasant way to spend a blastingly hot summer afternoon but I would not recommend it on to anyone. Read like a shallow sunday magazine piece.
