Christine Day is an English writer and artist who started her career as a journalist on the London Pop Scene interviewing icons such as Bob Dylan, Jimi Hendrix, Twigggy and David Bowie. But with the publication of her novella Between The Broken Glass The People Play, by legendary publisher John Calder, in New Writers 8 and Red Dust One (USA) she opted for a calmer lifestyle in the country, writing short stories for magazines. She has profiled celebrities for Hello magazine.A passionate love of Nature and a deep interest in spiritual exploration have produced inspirational works such as A Forest Dreaming, a novella about a reclusive artist, and The Disappearing Place, Earth stories for children. She also paints and is currently working on a series of paintings featuring the Kogi tribe of Columbia.
