Christine Potter lives in a haunted house--for real. Besides the ghosts that turned up in a recent investigation, she shares her digs with an organist/choir director husband (plus his two pipe organs) and a pair of very spoiled tom cats. She's been assured that her ghosts are harmless, just "very old spirits who don't want to leave," which is understandable. It's a comfy house.Christine is the author of the time traveling YA novel, Time Runs Away With Her, just released on EVERNIGHT TEEN. She has also published two collections of her poems, Zero Degrees At First Light (2006) and Sheltering In Place (2013). She's taught creative writing to high schoolers, junior high students, and senior citizens. She ran the online poetry workshop The Gazebo for many years--but is emeritus there, now. Her poems have appeared in magazines ranging from Rattle to The Anglican Theological Review--and once wrapped around a stick of Double Bubble in Gum Ball Poetry. She's also the manager of Area24radio.com, a rowdy crew of former college DJ's (and a few professional broadcasters) who play vinyl records and create the kind of music radio that no longer exists on FM. Her show, Cocktails with Chris, is heard on Thursday afternoons at 4 Eastern US time.
