Audience: Adult Format: Audiobook/Owned This is the story of a lover's triangle, I suppose you'd say -- Arnie Cunningham, Leigh Cabot, and, of course, Christine. - First sentence What is there to say that hasn't been said before? This is not one of my favorite King books, but the narrator is g...

I went though a King phase a while ago, and then I stopped. During that phrase, I never read this book. In fact, I have hated this book because you try growing up with the first name of Christine after this book and its movie were released. The only thing worse would have been to carried Carrie C...

My review and an extended sample of the audiobook are posted at Hotlistens.com. So, I decided that I was going to read, or should I say listen to, more horror stories this Halloween season. You can have a list of horror stories without including Stephen King. When trying to decide which King book ...

I can see why my father billed this as one of the scariest books of all time. What else could be scarier than a used car being run by the ghost of its former owner and killing people? I really enjoyed the first person narrative, but much preferred the third person used during themiddle third of th...

When he sucks, he's still readable, but it pisses me the fuck off because I know what he's capable of. Being readable even when he's off his game is how ...

I really enjoyed this book. Stephen King has a great way of writing that keeps you hooked! My favourite character in this book was Arnie. It is so easy to want something so much in life, that you lose your way and all common sense.

This isn't my favorite by a long-shot of King's novels. I'd name The Shining and Salem's Lot as his scariest, It (despite all its many flaws) the most moving and Cujo the most harrowing among those novels by King I've read. Unusual among the King novels I've read because much of it--the first and th...

Christine, oh Christine... How you made me stay up late all night, you wouldn't know. I am one of those readers that internalizes everything. I am one of those readers that has a very very very (more than VERY) active imagination which is why in my mind, I have visualized Christine, Arnie and Dennis...
