3.5 stars.Unlike the first two books, which I somewhat plodded through, this one was interesting enough that I actually wanted to know what happened next. Seeing Raisa being queenly and taking charge was a nice treat.
4.5 Stars The Gray Wolf Throne is another great addition to the Seven Realms Series. I have to say that I’m more impressed with each book they just keep building and layering so there can be a fantastic conclusion to the series. We pick up right where we left off in the exiled queen. Raisa has esca...
4.5 stars We're so close I can feel it! I want Han to get everything he wants, and I'm going to be devastated if this series doesn't end like that. I also can't wait to find out the real story of Hanalea and Alger. I have a feeling it was beautifully tragic. More, more!
In the third installment of the Seven Realms series, Han finds himself fighting for the life of his love interest, Raisa, who remains under disguise from him. He races back to Marianna Pines Camp and their healers, and nearly dies during the journey.“Will you give the girl to me?" she said. "Will y...
10/16/12 ** Weird. I know I read this in Mar. 2011 when I rec'd the ARC. Why don't I have a review?Well, I thoroughly enjoyed it this time. Han and Raisa have matured in a plausible way. Can't wait to see what happens with their romance in the concluding volume.
I'm so angry!! But not in the way you think, I'm angry I have to wait to find out how this story concludes. I really have to stop getting into a series unless it's already complete, the wait is killer. But ALAS! There's something different about the way Chima tells stories and I like it. I don't feel...
The Audiobook:There are not enough ways that I can tell you how much I adore these audiobooks. Having listened to both The Demon King and The Exiled Queen, hearing the voice of Carol Monda was like hearing an old friend. I just loved it. If I had to choose the best female audiobook reader I've ev...
First word of caution:This is not really a YA novel... Finally now I can wait for the final book... sigh. It was tiring..... it's like playing non-stop Skyrim through all those quest stuff. Why Skyrim? hell, I could totally get the whole idea of Nordic rivalry... its like stormcloak vs empire vs thol...
