Cindy O'Donnell-Allen has been an Associate Professor since 1999 in the English Department at Colorado State University, where she directs the CSU Writing Project. Prior to moving to CO, she taught high school English for eleven years in Oklahoma. She co-directed the National Writing Project Teacher Inquiry Communities Network for several years and was named a Promising Researcher by the National Council of Teachers of English in 2000.
