I'm not even bothering trying to review this one. I'll just say that I liked it better than the last one, but not enough to bump the rating up at all. Also, I think I might have sprained my eyeballs rolling them a few times. I wanted to finally just finish this series and get it over with, but after...

It was my second read of this book. I first read it in August 2014. I'm currently re-reading the entire series after having read The Infernal Devices. Because I've now read the Infernal Devices, I've got so many extra that I did not get the first time. Mostly mentions about Will, but other things ...

⭐5 stars⭐"Basia coquum," Simon said. "Or whatever their motto is.""It's 'Descensus Averno facilis est.' 'The descent into hell is easy," said Alec. "You just said "Kiss the cook.""Dammit," said Simon. "I knew Jace was screwing with me."

A Very Low 3 Stars. If it wasn't for Simon in all his awesomeness it wouldn't have even gotten 2 stars.Lots of rambling and possible spoilers ahead:*ugh* Where do I even start?! This wasn't as terrible as a lot of people say it is...once you sift through the ridiculous amount of Clary whining ove...

Totally loved this one. I enjoy seeing what is going on with so many characters from The Infernal Devices and The Mortal Instruments. I like the ideas of going to almost any extent for love and then having to ignore those feelings for the sake of doing what's right. The way the author intertwines...

When Jace and Clary meet again, Clary is horrified to discover that the demon Lilith’s magic has bound her beloved Jace together with her evil brother Sebastian, and that Jace has become a servant of evil. The Clave is out to destroy Sebastian, ...

I wish to be a vampire like Simon. A book to know about Sebastian Verlac. I always wonder how to review a book without revealing a spoiler. So my-review-without-revealing-a-spoiler, a good book if you read the mortal instrument series 1,2,3,4.

Why would someone who plagiarized get away with it and get load of money? That's bad behaviors. It discouraged originality. This writer should not copy from Buffy the Vampire slayer, one of my favor TV series. Shameful behavior should be made public.

Jace is missing, and Clary’s out to find him, no matter what the cost. With Sebastian back to finish what his father started, the Scooby Gang has to find a way to stop him before it’s too late. It’s almost over, it’s almost over! They still can’t be together, the world is ending, and it’s almost ove...

There were a lot of changes going on in this book. Alec's insecurities and his quest to live forever beside Magnus had some very disturbing results. We get a glimpse into the way he thinks. Simon is forever growing as a person. Even when he's losing or gaining powers, his heart is always in the ri...
