This is just your typical, formulatic YA. You have your speshul snowflake of a MC that's better than anyone else in this small town with only small-minded people. She has not friends because she's apparently a freak but also because she's above anyone else. Then there's an asshole, but hot, mate, ho...

Absolutely loved it from beginning to end. Very action packed and kept me wanting more without having me predict what was going to happen next. Definitely worth reading. A total 5 star rating it was that good.

Clarity is different in many ways. She is different because she can pick up things by touching objects. But most importantly she is different, because she is not like all those supernatural-young-adult-heroines who drown in self-pity. The story is fast-paced, the mystery is satisfactory, although a ...

I really liked this. It was different and fun. Not a perfect book by any means, but I really loved the protagonist and the author's writing. So much that I am jumping right into Perception. Why? Because I can, review books be damned. Full review of this one to come.

I promised myself I'd read 100 pages. And I made it :D Possibly the best thing about this book is that I don't need to read any more. Insta-lust (which would have been okay but the way Clare acted .... seriously!!), stereotypical blond bitch, woe-is-me teenager with a great life. I can't stand it. N...

More please! Kim Harrington's debut was fabulous. I love the character of Clarity. She was so multifaceted. Her determination to solve the crime but not hurt the people closest to her was absorbing. I also loved Harrington's way of handling Clarity's psychic gifts. It was really detailed. If this la...

3.5 starsWhen I first picked up Clarity, I thought it would be your typical paranormal read, but it ended up surprising me in so many ways.Clarity “Clare” Fern had the gift of retrocognitive psychometry, by touching certain objects she can get visions from them; so what a person may be thinking, doi...
