Clement Chow was born in Hong Kong, grew up in Toronto, and returned to Hong Kong after completing his Bachelor of Applied Science (Civil Engineering). Under the influence of his scientific education, his writing interests are primarily geared towards military, aerospace, and science fiction. Having also recently completed his Master of Landscape Architecture, his writing has now stretched to cover thrillers as well. "Giant Tales: World of Pirates" contains his first published short story, where he is one of the 40 authors.
