Constance E. Bagley is a Senior Research Scholar in Law at Yale Law School. She was formerly Professor in the Practice of Law and Management at Yale School of Management, Associate Professor in Management at Harvard Business School, Senior Lecturer at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, and a partner of Bingham McCutchen LLP. She is the author of Managers and the Legal Environment: Strategies for the 21st Century (8e) and coauthor with Craig E. Dauchy of The Entrepreneur's Guide to Business Law (4e). She received her A.B. with Distinction and Honors from Stanford University and her J.D., magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School, where she was invited to join the Harvard Law Review. She also received an honorary doctorate in economics from Lund University.She served as President of the Academy of Legal Studies in Business and won its Senior Award of Excellence. She won the Excellence in Teaching Awards at the Yale School of Management in 2009 and 2013. Professor Bagley is an accomplished public speaker, facilitator, and consultant.
