After graduating from Nazareth College of Rochester, NY with a degree in English, Corinne Fennessy started teaching and later earned a Master's degree. Her first published book, was "Reading for Life" followed by a second edition and another text, "Reading for College". Even while writing textbooks, she was still writing fiction for teens and kids. Besides writing, Corinne also enjoys painting, and has illustrated many of her books for young readers.
