This series is the union of two passions of mine, cowboys and erotica, but the books are losing the big appeal for me and the stories and getting less dark. I liked better the first few with more spankings and treesomes, but it's still a very enjoyable series. It has been awhile for me in this set...

Not one of my favourite books in this series. Loved Brandt but there was something about Jessie that prevented me from warming to her. Her relationship with Brandt seemed purely built around great sex (and a lot of it!) but true love just didn't ring true. The plot also seemed far-fetched, with Bran...

Wow! I'm really impressed by the way James is able to create such three-dimensional characters. Almost seemed like a movie in my head. At first I wasn't sure how I liked the baby thing. The conflict is smart and engaging, but I was just in the mood to read hot sex. By the time the sex came around, I...

I'd been getting tired of all the super-dominant McKays, so this was a refreshing change. Not that Brandt didn't have his moments, but that's great. Awww. I loved Brandt and Jessie. It was a sweet and heartbreaking (in parts) story... Jessie and Brandt both deserved a HEA.

This was probably my fav of the entire series so far.I was really looking forward to reading Brandt and Jessie's story for awhile now.Brandt was basically the only Mckay that wasn't a wild child. I know, right? And Wild Child is putting it mildly. Those other Mckays were flat out village bicycles. B...

Another dirty talkin' sexy cowboy winner! I was just positive I knew how it would end, but I WAS WRONG! Yes, write it down, I was wrong! Fantastic read!

This one actually had a lot more plot and emotional scenes than most of the others and thus drew me in to root for the protagonists from start to finish. Well worth the read. I cheered loudly at the end! Adore the entire series, but some books are better than others, and this is one of them.TMOT
