He wrote the hell outta CRAPALACHIA, a scary "Biography of a Place" that makes the easy assumptions of rich and privileged people with computers do tarantellas of terror. And I reviewed it: http://tinyurl.com/leeg8yw Strong. Excellent.

This is set in Danese, WVa, a town so small I've never even heard of it -- and not to brag or anything, but I know a fair amount of the smallest towns in West Virginia.
