For more reviews check out my blog: Craft-CycleI really did not know what to expect going into this. I absolutely love the movies that this book inspired and wasn't sure how they would compare to the book series. To start off, the movie is vastly different from the book. Hiccup in How to train a dragon series has a new adventure. Fishleg found where he belongs even when he is adopted. In between is Fishleg has a crush and was sent on a quest. Toothless is much smaller dragon, dog size and would swallow a lot of things it shouldn't have. A fun book on Vik...

I really enjoyed reading this. It is short, funny and fast paced. I love the fact that Hiccup isn't the usual protagonist type is. He doesn't really fit into the viking type as well, but that makes him more enjoyable to read from and more relatable.

I liked Hiccup and Toothless, even though their characters (especially Toothless's) are a lot different from the movie. The slig...

Never read the How to Train Your Dragon series, but when I saw this one in the library I just knew I had to read it. And luckily you also don't need any knowledge of the series to read this one. This one is about an adorable little Viking named Hiccup (I just love that name! Though I do wonder how...
