Singer Kelly Clarkson credits CrossFit with helping her shape up and feel confident about her body. "You never work out more than 35 minutes, but it's so intense… It makes me feel like G.I. Jane. It's very empowering," she says about the notoriously tough workout. "I do it totally for my psyche. I'm much better when those endorphins are going. It's a release. And I also love food, so there's a payoff!"

Jessica Biel is one of the rare Hollywood beauties who isn’t afraid to show how much work goes into maintaining her famously fit figure—the one that has landed her on almost every "hot list" in spite of the fact that she bucks the super skinny trend.

"There is so much pressure to look a certain way in this town. But it's nice to have a little meat on you, and I hope I inspire women to appreciate their muscular calves!" Biel says, adding that she maintains her famous physique with hardcore CrossFit workouts and following a Paleo style of eating. "I’m comfortable with my body and who I am because I work out a lot!"

"Exercise for me is like eating, sleeping, and breathing," Cameron Diaz says, explaining her chiseled bod. "I'm consistent, and when I'm not consistent, it shows up on my body."

Diaz first discovered CrossFitwith her pro athlete ex, Alex Rodriguez, and it soon became one of her favorite ways to stay consistent with exercise and sculpted from head to toe.

Channing Tatum has always had an impressive physique, but now that he’s the "Sexiest Man Alive" according to People magazine, everyone is dying to know how the actor stays so sculpted.

"I like to be lean. If I get too bulky I can't move well, and I like to move," he says. "When I'm not training, I get really round and soft."

Tatum recently shared that variety is his favorite workout trick. Constantly changing up his routine keeps him from getting bored and keeps his body from getting complacent, which is why he finds CrossFit, where every day brings a new challenge, so perfect.
