Lord have mercy this book is boring. It reads like the gay Harlequin Romance version with no conflict and friction to speak of, and sappy love declarations not 35% into the story. In real life it's great to start a relationship without any problems, but that's not quite how romance plots work, IMO....

Good start but went downhill fast. It was also a little bit too corny and sweet for me. :(

I love, love, love this book, my only problem is with the cover. Someone at the publisher did not read this book, one character is shown too old and the other, inappropriately too young. Icky! If it hadn't been recommended in BDB Yahoo group, I wouldn't have bothered because the cover is that cre...

I didn’t think I would like this book, the cover has me scared that is was a May/December relationship to a disturbing extreme. I was pleasantly surprised that the age gap was only 9 years which isn’t so bad and though the younger of the two is only 19 (which at first icked me out) he is older than ...

4,5 stars. Nice romance and extra points for the MC Tristan aka Sparky - he is just adorable. It is not an unconventional or especially original story, but a very nice read, well written, with some humour in it and more or less nothing bad to say about it. It won't make its way on the faves shelf, b...

I didn't know what to expect going into this one. From the cover I expected a really young guy and a really older man and a kind of skeezy hookup. What I got was a coming of age story, and a brilliantly written romance. Tristan had been sleeping with just about every female he could since he was 14,...

A really nice and likeable story about a cop falling in love with a nineteen - year- old. Their slowly developing romance was simple and heartwarming, complete with the very real conflict between the life plans and expectations of two lovers with almost a decade of age difference. Engaging, multi la...

I read alot. I average at least a book a day. And I'm pretty good at guessing the endings and whodunit. But, this book had me on pins and needles. I hated that I was reading on my Kindle, cuz I couldn't skip to the end.I loved the fact that this love wasn't all peaches and cream. The author dea...
