3.5I don't know, maybe it's because the book is so short, but I didn't really feel with either Lincoln or Lila. I did enjoy it, it was an easy read for a couple of hours. But Pushing the Limits was way better.
What a short story... I want so much more. The author left so much room for there story to grow. I hope she plans to continue the relationship in other books or they get their own full story.
Honestly I barely remember Pushing the Limits (it was that memorable!) and I definitely do not remember Echo's friend Lila. Overall Crossing the Line is a cliche romance and had some rather eye-roll worthy lines. Neither Lila nor Lincoln were terrible they just were not really anything to write home...
