Justine is a natural born witch. Unbeknownst to her, she was cursed as a baby. She will never find love. Jason is a mysterious billionaire in town to look at property to. He also happens to be after something else. So, of course, they are drawn to each other. I really enjoyed the previous books. The...

We started this on audio, but I finished it on kindle. I liked this one a lot more than many of Kleypas fans. In fact, I liked it quite a bit. I probably helped that I didn't have high expectations. I liked Justine from the other books, but I wasn't particularly attached to her character. She seemed...

Didn't even make it to 25%. Wasn't really impressed with the heroine, but she really wasn't bad. The hero seemed interesting, but then his ulterior motives were revealed and I was just like "Uh, no." That wasn't even hinted at in the blurbs I read and it wasn't something I wanted. That whole "relati...

I enjoyed the story and I really liked Jason, the love interest. I do prefer her historical romances though.

This was my last read of 2013, and as you can see, it did not work all that well... Like i said before, i love Lisa Kleypas books. Well, most of them of course. With the exception of this one. This one, i almost hated it. I honestly don't know what happened here. This is the fourth book of the F...

Another great read by Lisa Kleypas...Lisa Kleypas should be considered a master of romance. She writes wonderful dialog with complex characters and the plot is rarely boring. Crystal Cove is another solid entry in Lisa Kleypas' book list that adds a little bit of the supernatural element as well.Jus...

I didn't enjoy this book as much as the previous Friday Harbor novels, but I still felt it was a strong read. I found myself becoming frustrated with the characters toward the middle of the book. I felt there needed to be a lot more groveling on the part of the hero.

This is a really hard one to rate. Despite major character flaws and an action that skated pretty close to unforgivable territory planning to steal/borrow her Grimoire before meeting Justine is one thing, going ahead with that plan after sleeping with and declaring love for her is another, I ended...
