Cybele's Secret is the second book in the Wildwood series, I enjoyed this one much more than the first, [book:Wildwood Dancing|13929]. It is set mostly in Istanbul, and this exotic setting and magical world really went well together and created an amazing backdrop for this fantasy story. Thankfully ...
I was so close to giving this book 1 star because I started to dislike it so much towards the end. But no, I reserve one star for books that have horrid sentence structure, improper grammar, and just poor story-crafting skills. This book has no issues in terms of those three things. However, I did no...
I must confess that i loved this book even more than the 1st one...i tought it was just exciting to see a city like Instambul through Paula's eyes. Once again Juliet writes such a rich stories, full of amazing characters. I was left hoping that Juliet will write another one, this time with Stella's ...

In terms of plot and setting, I thought it was vivid and should have been quite intriguing. Characters were a bit flat, certainly not as interesting to me as...
I loved this book. I haven't read Wildwood Dancing, to which this book is a sequel, but clearly, you don't have to have to really enjoy this one. The worldbuilding is wonderful, the characters are great, there's a fantastic adventure, and ohhh, the romance. It hit my buttons but good.
I really liked Wildwood Dancing and at first had a moment of "who is Paula again?". It quickly faded away as I became absorbed into the story and fell in love with the characters not because of their association with the characters I fell in love with in Wildwood Dancing but because of their individ...
