When I shelved this on Goodreads, a couple of years ago, I rated it 3 stars based on a 30-year-old memory of it being vaguely disappointing. I have just now re-read it for the Set on Halloween square for 2016 Halloween Bingo. As one of Uncle Steve’s Constant Readers, I feel this just doesn’t measu...
Synopsis: When the full moon shines, a paralysing fear descends on the isolated Maine town of Tarker Mills. No one knows who will be attacked next, but snarls that sound like human words can be heard and all around are the footprints of a monster whose hunger cannot be sated. ***** The best thin...
Very easy and quick read. Felt more like a short story than a stand alone, but good nonetheless. He definitely could have gone a bit more into it though, as I felt it was pretty rushed. I would have liked to learn a bit more about the main characters and the victims, but I get that it wasn't that ty...

Every-day life in a small town in Maine is disrupted when a werewolf comes tearing through, literally. He appears every full moon for a few months straight and takes out a couple people while putting everyone in town on edge. His targets and victims are random... at first. The only thing connecting ...

It's easy to see why this one is out of print....
