DJ Weaver originally hails from Pascagoula, on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, but relocated to north Mississippi in 1980. She studied at Mississippi University for Woman and Mississippi State University, concentrating in paralegalism and Human Resources Management and has worked in the clerical field for more than twenty years. DJ, along with her daughter and best friend, CK Webb, have completed CRUELTY TO INNOCENTS and COLLECTING INNOCENTS, the first two in the three-book Innocents series, published as eBooks with Suspense Publishing. The duo is presently working on the third book in the series, AVENGING INNOCENTS. DJ also writes in a variety of other genres and is working on a paranormal romance, a S&S adventure, and several horror short stories.DJ developed and maintains WebbWeaver Review blog, where she reviews books and interviews published authors. This book review website was been recognized by Preditors & Editors Reader's Poll as one of the Top Ten Review Sites for 2010, and Top Fifteen Review Sites for 2011 & 2012.
