Fascinating. I admire the italian family for continuing to persevere and come out in the open about their inheritance so it can be studied. Bonus medical research drama. There's so much we don't know about brains and prion diseases and it is scary and interesting. Highly recommend.

I like how hated this book is in the reviews, at least most of the first dozen or so. It probably deserves most of the criticism. Still, I enjoyed reading it. I would have appreciated a bit more specifics about when certain stories were written or drafted, and of course all of the horrid, unfulfi...
Not a bad biography, just not a literary one.
