“…we shall fight on the beaches, we shall fight on the landing grounds, we shall fight in the fields and in the streets, we shall fight in the hills; we shall never surrender.” Winston Churchill’s famous quote effectively summarizes Dale Ledbetter’s ambition to give Main Street a fighting chance against Wall Street. As founder of Ledbetter & Associates, PA, Dale Ledbetter is a national leader in the battle against the injustice that investors endure when interacting with brokerage firms. He represents investors from all over the United States and worldwide in FINRA arbitrations to recover losses caused by the negligence and corruption of Wall Street. The firm represents not just individual claimants, but banks, insurance companies, thrifts, and pension funds. Securities litigation requires not just legal knowledge, background and experience, but a thorough mastery of the products and how the products can be abused. With his more than 40 years of diverse experience in the securities industry, he is now capturing attention nationwide as a leading investor advocate. Dale is a graduate of Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee and received his law degree from George Washington University Law Center. He is a member of the Bar in Florida, Tennessee and the District of Columbia. Dale served as a staff member to three U.S. Senators and a Vice-President. He was also appointed as a delegate to the White House Conference on Small Business and served as counsel for the International Council of Shopping Centers. He is a long-time member of the Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association, the largest organization of lawyers who represent investors in arbitration claims against broker dealers. Dale is a member of the board of directors for the American Association of Collegiate Student Athletes (AACSA, Inc.), a non-profit organization established to increase the graduation rates of collegiate student athletes. He belongs to the National Speakers Association and is a frequent speaker on investment related topics. He has entertained audiences as an accomplished magician and is a longstanding member of the world-famous Magic Castle in Hollywood, California. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Hypoglycemia Support Foundation.
