Well worth the wait and anticipation to get to Castleford's story. The first half of the book was excellent, I am giving this book 5 stars just for that half. The second half was good but I think it could have been more. A nice touch was seeing Sommerhays' brother from the first book, get his HEA. ...

Exquisite!Acho que a melhor palavra pra descrever esse livro é a mesma que Castleford, nosso "mocinho" usa para descrever Daphne, nossa mocinha: EXQUISITE(aquilo que é de rara beleza, extraordinariamente fino e admirável).. Castleford was so well portrayed and his transformation from uber-rake to besotted lover of one very fine woman was heartwarming (as well as laugh-out-loud funny in many spots). Once he had Daphne in his sights, of course, she didn't stand a chance, but she put...

Since he was first introduced to readers in Ravishing in Red, the Duke of Castleford has been the most fascinating character in Madeline Hunter’s Rarest Blooms series. He’s indolent and arrogant, but so very, very attractive. Each book in the series gave a bit more information about Castleford, bu...

My review cross-posted from Joyfully Reviewed: http://www.joyfullyreviewed.com/new-reviews/dangerous-in-diamonds-by-madeline-hunterThe term “rake” is far too tame a descriptor for a man like the Duke of Castleford. The hedonistic duke with a Midas touch spends six days a week drinking, whoring, and...
