Daniel Myers is a database programmer, neophyte author, eccentric cook, and amateur food historian. Several years back he discovered a secret manuscript which would turn the culinary world upside down. Unfortunately he misinterpreted it as a recipe for clam chowder, left it on a table in a library, and completely forgot about it. Currently he runs MedievalCookery.com, which is where he puts his research notes and recipes from medieval France and England.
