The Dares are sexy, troubled and attention grabbing. Carly Phillips brought the heat, tension, and love to this great read. Ian is arrogant, angry, dominant and on the prowl. Riley is a firecracker that is caught between two alpha brothers. Fighting a losing battle she is friends with one and dr...
Didn't care for the beginning of this with its dominate character and the dominate sex. It did get better as it went on and did have me in tears toward the end. Parts of the story were really good.
But she was also realizing that relying on others didn’t make her weak… it made her human I picked this book up a little while ago when it was free on Amazon and if I'm being frank I am glad that I got it when it was free. I am still a bit unsure on how to put my feelings about this book into words....
This book is about Ian, who has one of the most unusual family situations I’ve ever read about, and Riley. Ian’s parents were married for several years and it was an arranged marriage. His father had a mistress with whom he had other children. Ian’s parents eventually divorced. Everyone seems to...
Ian Dare is a controlling, insecure jerk but his one redeeming quality was his love for his Mother and siblings.Riley has trust issues when it comes to letting anyone close, when it comes push to shove even love for Ian did not at first overcome her need for independence. They both grew on me as the ...

Carly Phillips’s first book featuring the Dare family is fast-paced and enjoyable, but it’s missing the vibrancy and heart I’ve come to expect from Ms. Phillips’s writing.Ril...
See, this is why I am so suspicious of m/f. This awfully uninteresting and uninspired "love" story, where the attraction is solely based on physical attributes. The heroine's selling point: She is not as skinny as all those other horrible, thin girls that are throwing themselves into the Hero's ...
I received a free digital copy in exchange for an honest review. I actually found Dare to Love quite amusing because I relate to the whole strangeness of being placed in this situation. As the first novel in the Dare family series its a good introduction into building the family relationship and the...
I have been a Carly Philips fan for years and I love her books. Dare to Love is her first book as an independent author and I am happy to say this is her best book to date. I was blown away by the unique plot and the hero and heroine fogged up my reading glasses they were so hot! When Ian Dare finds...
