Alright y'all I am so disappointed about my Gregori. I have pushed this series up in my list to read just so I could read this book because I HAD to know about Gregori. I was so sure I was going to marry him and have his babies but now that I have read about the Dark One.. I do not like him at all....

Oh Gregorio, how I waited for your book, the build up was excrutiating, especially after your appearance in the 3rd book.Savannah, technically a new character and then again not, her being Mikhail and Ravens daughter brought a whole new edge to the story, for she knew the world, she wasn't a human b...

I can't decide on 2 or 3 stars. While the storyline is decent, the heroine is incredibly annoying. She is selfish and headstrong and not in a good way. She repeatedly gets everyone into danger due only to her willfulness and any development on her part is superficial. She is also colossally stupid...

I did not enjoy this audiobook nearly as much as I enjoyed reading the book. Something about Jaunita Parker that I just don't like. And it is really ruining the experience for me. She narrates the next book too and I'm considering not listening (but who am I kidding I'll listen)

This author weaves together a fantastical world that is woven together just right to make even the unbelievable seem believable. The characters themselves seem to take on a life of their own and capture your attention right from the start. I really enjoyed this book for one because of the amazing im...

2nd time reading - this time by audiobook. Finally I am seeing why I liked these books in the first place. I've been going through the series by audiobook and have been more than a little frustrated. This book did have some of those moments in the beginning, but I loved that Savannah is seeing a lo...

At last, we get Gregori's book. Most readers who started the Carpathian series at the beginning with Dark Prince, have been waiting for our ancient warrior to get his happily ever after --and with Dark Magic, the wait is over. We only had to wait four books. And for me, the wait was worth it. Gregor...

Gregori Daratrazanoff. The Dark One. The bogeyman of the Carpathians. Lone wolf. Nothing seems to penetrate his stoic reserve. Nothing, until he saves the life of the Prince’s unborn daughter. Linking them together, preparing her to be his salvation. If only things were that easy.As soon as Savannah ...
