The historical fiction parts about Isaac Newton and the Tower of London are fantastic, and I enjoyed the struggles of the main character to keep up with Newton and his niece intellectually, but the mystery plot is sort of Da Vinci Code light, and Da Vinci Code was pretty light to begin with.
