Finally, a true warrior woman + an ego-less Carpathian hunter = a true equal pair. My favorite of the series.
Okay this story was amazing but I only gave it three stars as there was too much detail. I found my mind trailing off. It could have been something. but just too much information
**January 15 2010**I LOVED LOVED LOVED this book. So much drama so much pain but also so much triumph and love. I'm ready to read the next in the series RIGHT NOW!**February 27 - March 14 2012** audiobook Still loved it soooo much! It amazes me how much I forgot from this book. Some parts were like...
This was much more brutal and disturbing than other titles in this series. The mage used nasty creatures to fight his battles and they were viscous - dismembering and tearing huge chunks of flesh from the hero and heroine. The H/H spent lots of time in the ground healing in between bouts of fighti...
I had gotten a little frustrated with Feehan and picked this up on a whim. Wow! I love that Ivory is one kickass warrior. There was no place for all that 'my little weak woman' or 'I have to protect you cause you're a muffin' stuff. This was a wild, action-packed novel. BRAVO Feehan!
Best one of the entire series for me, Feehan finally wrote the book I was waiting for. Ivory and Razvan's is eloquent and heart tugging in it's beauty and I hope that we see more of them in the next book "Dark Peril".It was very nice to have a "change of pace" in this book from all the never ending ...
Centuries ago, a young girl was cut to pieces on a meadow, her remains left to the wolves. The animals, instead of consuming the remains, buried them, and Ivory Malinov was reborn. Now, she’s a slayer of vampires, an ancient warrior with only one goal in life – find and destroy the man who ordered h...
I have to say that this book blew me away. It was totally different from the other books in the Dark series. I just loved the connection between Razvan and Ivory. This was more of a partnership IMO. A bond forged between two people who have experienced so much pain and they found happiness together....
Okay, if she were a real person, I'd strangle Ivory. The scene that really did it for me was the approx. 5 pages of her arguing with everyone about saving some dying babies. "You must save the babies!". Ivory, "Do you really want me to save the babies?" "Yes, save the babies." Ivory, "Really?" ...
This sounds really cool. I might have to get this one in hardcover.
