This is my favorite book in the series so far. I'm not really sure how much that matters really, but still. Menolly is my favorite of the three sisters after this book, but I wouldn't be surprised if that changes after each book to the heroine of the newest book.

And for the first book from the last sister's POV. I remember originally I wasn't sure how I would feel about the telling of this story in rounds by the sisters but I find it is quite effective and I love getting the additional insight.

Camille is a witch, and rules the roost. Delilah shape-shifts into a tabby cat when...

Menolly was majorly screwed. I like this three sisters series. I figured that after this 3rd book, the series would be over. Then I read this book and thought, WTF? More stuff? I'm glad this isn't the end of the sisters. We learned a lot more about Menolly and I hope things work out better for...
