I lived for nearly 20 years in the National Capital Region of Ontario, Canada, and recently moved to the Niagara area in the summer of 2014.Inner Sanctum was written primarily in the NCR, particularly at Brewed Awakenings in Kemptville, Ontario -- lattes, books, and great atmosphere just seem to go hand in hand.Though Inner Sanctum is my first book-length publication, I have been writing since a very young age, and have over 300 health and parenting-related articles published on EmpowHer.com. I specialize in writing about parenting children with special needs as my older son has a mild to moderate form of autism, and my younger son has sensory processing disorder.
