A mixed bunch of stories. The first is a story of Ivy Tamwood before she meets with Rachel. The vampire politics didn't make my day and I really wanted to slap several of the characters until they left silly behind. Ivy is trying to solve a murder while also trying to stop her boss from using her...

Bad dates or Fantasies come true Sands, Harrison, Handeland, and Armstrong are the best. Dates from hell was a fantastic anthology end to end!

I only read two of the four stories in the book. I read the first story written by Kim Harrison. I also read the third story in the book written by Kelley Armstrong.

the first story by Kim Harrison was confusing, the other ones were good. So, I gave it a 4 for the other three stories. I just decided not to rate the first one.

I purchased this book mainly because it featured "Chaotic," a short story by Kelley Armstrong. I've enjoyed discovering how Karl and Hope met and why they owed Benicio Cortez a favor.

2.5 StarsAs will seemingly all anthologies, this compilation was hit and miss. By far the best story was the one by Kelley Armstrong. I loved seeing another side to the outcast werewolf Karl Marsten from Bitten/The Otherworld Series. The next best story was the one by Kim Harrison, although I had di...

I loved the Kim Harrison story - it was so sad to read about Kisten. Lyndsy Sand's story was so-so. Kelly Armstrong's story was good. I read Frostbitten and they were talking and about Hope and Karl and this is about their first meeting. Lori Handeland's story was better than average.

I started this one and put it down almost two years ago. I was distinctly disturbed by Ivy's backstory (from the Rachel Morgan books by Kim Harrison), featured in Undead in the Garden of Good and Evil. It was not at all what I'd call a romance. Her relationships with the men in this story were dar...

I read this for Lynsay Sands and she made it worthwhile. I could easily imagine a movie star called Brad Cruise ;-) Other stories just so so.
