Born in Liverpool in 1972, Dave Cornmell was brought up in Skelmersdale before moving south for work. He has been a copywriter in a London advertising agency for the last 14 years, but in his spare time has had a couple of books published. 'Big Daft Fish' was a children's book published in 2001 and tells the tale of a mentally-challenged whale who finds himself beached and in need of some help from his friends, while more recently '364 Days of Tedium' charts the exploits of Santa Claus on his many days off. It is definitely not recommended for children. You can follow Dave on Twitter @Our_Dave. Dave lives with his family in the south of England and continues to write and illustrate in his spare time. He can also be found at Goodison Park every other Saturday, cheering on his beloved Everton.
