David's passion is helping foster a God-filled life. As David relates, "I grew up in the church and was discipled in the parachurch. But I never heard how the panorama of my life--my skills, my work, my mind, and my hobbies--how they all related to Christ's kingdom." Dave's mission is to help the local church to embody and communicate God's whole-life alternative to a spiritually curious world. His writing draws from his historical research on the holistic Christian worldview of Jonathan Edwards and the Puritans. He writes to help the church re-articulate a God-saturated view of all of life.His work has been utilized by CBMC, Worklife.org, Willow Creek Community Church, Saddleback, Christianity Today, and Regents Business Review. David has ministered for 25 years as a pastor, missionary, seminary professor, Christian author, speaker and church consultant. He is currently a pastor in NC and Adjunct Professor at Southern Evangelical Seminary in Matthews, NC.David received his M.Div. from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. He is also a published historian with a Ph.D. in Church history from Notre Dame.
