For more reviews, check out my blog: Craft-CycleAn adorable picture book about a young scientist who never stops asking questions. Obviously I loved the focus on a girl interested in a STEM field, but I also kind of liked that she's a bit of a trouble maker. At first seeing her writing on the walls ...
Ada Twist, Scientist was labeled as a best seller on Amazon, and after reading it, I could see why.I loved that it had a little girl as the curious scientist. That it started with her being slightly 'abnormal' in the fact that she didn't talk until she was three. Ada Twist was all over the place, wa...
The illustrations are great. There's so much to look at on every page, and the story is simple (it leans slightly younger than I was expecting) and engaging.
Visually exciting art with plenty of things for kids to look at over many readings. Really nice message about curiosity and embracing young scientific minds.(Got to meet this author at the MPIBA trade show Fall 2016.)

That is not the case here, Roberts doesn't skimp on the detail while still maintaining the suspense of the story. In s...
